This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Balanced Engineering ("we," "us," or "our") and the individual employee or contractor accessing the Balanced Engineering Lab Platform (the "Service"). By signing in, you accept this Agreement.
The Service is an internal-use lab management tool. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for the purpose of performing your job duties at Balanced Engineering. The Service is not licensed for redistribution, resale, or use by anyone outside the company.
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate work-related purposes and in compliance with company policy. You will not attempt to access data outside the scope of your role, share your credentials, reverse-engineer the system, or interfere with its operation.
The Service integrates with third-party systems including Intuit QuickBooks Time for timesheet synchronization. Data synced through these integrations is governed by both this Agreement and the third party's own terms. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is collected.
The Service, including its code, design, and content, is the property of Balanced Engineering. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balanced Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of this Agreement or end of employment.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
